Thursday, March 31, 2005 boy shirts + condolence + bookworm = astig si God (?)i have this thing for buying shirts from nike boys. not because i think im a boy (and i never will!), but because aliw mga shirts dun. plus they have a wide range of sizes. anyway, i'm blogging about this because yesterday, i wore my shirt na galing sa nike boys. so there i was walking around the mall with my mom when suddenly i came across a guy wearing the same shirt as i did. he wasn't a little boy, nor was he a parent. just a normal aged person (ano nga ba ang normal age?) he looked shocked at first that he was wearing the same shirt with a girl (sexist!! :o) then recovering from the fact that a girl was wearing the same shirt as his, he just gave a goofy grin at me. i laughed, and pointed it out to my mom, who in turn laughed also. wheee. sige tawa lang. wahahahaaaa. condolence to fran, julian and mark bits. i know it's hard losing your cell and wallet because half na ng buhay ng lahat ng tao yun these days. may they NOT rest in peace and hopefully they'll find their way back to their respectful owners. and may their (the con artists) conscience bug them forever. good thing walang nangyari sa aking cousin-ng-aking-cousin, bob!!, and right asssss. good thing nothing worse happened to you guys. we're all here for you, dont worry :) saka mahal kau ni God. wheeee :) bookworm modes! i have finished three books last week. and here's what i have to say about them.. * artemis fowl: the arctice incident sucked. well not really, but it disappointed me. it was far from the first book. i didn't like it, i wasn't riveted, and it was dragging. but the artemis fowl-ish thing was still there (meaning it still had a lot of twists and turns which is the only reason why i'm reading this book). it was a bore to read. took me 3 days to finish this book. the ending was good though, it made up for the draggy-ness. * artemis fowl: the eternity code on the other hand, was awesome :o *handsdown* to the book! it's my favorite installment in the trilogy :) it took me only one day to read, because it was so riveting. it keeps your eyes waiting to read the next sentence, your hands eager to turn the next page, your butt glued to the chair, and your brain thinking on what possible thing could happen next. artemis fowl is one brilliant, clever, witty, intelligent *insert all synonyms here* person. the twists and unpredictability of the plot was amazing. and the ending.. i could not describe the ending. it was perfect. it was sad, but it was so... brilliant. the whole book was awesome. awe-worthy. drool-worthy. i loved it. plus points kasi blue yung cover. hahaha :o * second summer of the sisterhood is the sequel to the travelling pants thing. it was ok, but i liked the first installment better. tinatamad na ko magcomment on books. hahaha. artemis fowl is one book not worth to be borrowed... but worth to be owned. NYAHAHAHA :) God has no cellphone but he is SMART. He is all over the GLOBE. In fact, He is brighter than the SUN. Without load, you can reach Him, only TALK no TEXT. Godbless :) Wednesday, March 30, 2005 "it's not worth to be borrowed... it's worth to be owned."that line kept me, and two other girls smiling the whole afternoon. the story behind that line was, well there's no other word for it but kilig. shit. hahaha :) yesterday, i, along with the other camille batch 3 people and facis, went to town to have a faci orientation. we went to the grocery, went to paengs, and then to one of my most favorite places in town-- coffee bean :D we made tambay there and kung saan-saang table kami napadpad because of the change of company. gelo visited us!! :) yey. while gelo was there though, i happened to sit on the exact same chair where i always sit, which left me freezing and shaking to the winds blown by the aircon while drinking my caramel ice blend. gelo also felt cold, which resulted to us using tissue papers to save our 37* body temperature. why do i always sit there?! when gelo left, we went outside coffee bean because dainie had a wonderful view of a lesbian who loves to stare. ick. since all girls na table namin (jackie, dainie, mariel, camille), the chichi's began. i was saved because before it was my turn, mariel, michael, dainie and jackie all left na. nyahaha :o camille and i went inside again, to join the other facis. and i was exposed to rofl-worthy stories which left my tummy aching. from pot sessions at the back of the classroom while ms joan was teaching.. to jungle-like armpit hair.. to jeg's 'laftrip' driving.. and to absolutely anything and everything else you can think of. anyway, i was left in town by myself after. i was fetched at 7, and everyone else left at around 6:30. woohoo! bonding with myself while walking around town. hahaha :p i happened to talk to alfred that night, and our conversation went from serious stuff to outrageous ways on how to make money. and with me being high with caramel frap.. uh.. i think you know what to expect. one day, makikita niyo na lang si alfred na nakaharang sa escalator/elevator. may bayad bago pumasok/umalis. may bayad bago pumasok/umalis sa bahay ni julian. may bayad bago pumasok/umalis sa classroom. may bayad bago gamiting yung hall pass. magccooking lessons si alfred at siya ang guro. sasali siya sa lotto at iccalculate (via permutations) kung ilang possible combinations ang pwede at gagawin nia ito lahat para manalo. being materialistic is bad :o tsk tsk i happened to go to cavite last monday. no patrick.. no ate pia.. no parents.. just me with my grade 1 cousins. and it surprised me that even if they're only grade 1, they're so hospitable. lahat na ata ng pagkain sa ref pinagpilitan nilang kainin ko. they showed me all their dvd's and offered to watch each one. they set up a "bed" made of pillows for me. they joined me in all of their games (i got really tired because of this). buti pa sila, hindi nauubusan ng gagawin. Friday, March 25, 2005 yey may blogger na ko!prinsesa is down. again :p i guess i'll just blog here while it's gone. |
